“We enjoy working with BDG Thomson Gray – they understand the requirements of Housing Associations and particularly the importance of good specifications, cost planning and forecasting grant spend and providing good cost information to back up any additional cost elements. As Employers Agent they assist with driving projects forward, taking a lead role in the design team and ensuring team members are carrying out their actions on time, and offering good advice on contractual issues.” – Marcie Balance, Langstane Housing Association
