Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services on new mixed-use residential and healthcare development

This project comprised the construction of a new mixed-use residential and health care development in Aberdeen’s City Centre. The residential element included 53 nr new flats ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The health care element included public amenity space, public interface areas, staff offices and a range of patient treatment areas.  Externally, the development included a garden area, a play area and various hard landscaping works.

The construction generally included standard foundations and concrete ground floor slab with steel frame superstructure. The superstructure was completed with blockwork, external cladding and various standard and curved glazing.

Project Outcomes

The completed development offers a range of affordable homes in Aberdeen City Centre combined with a new public healthcare facility.
