We can assist you with all aspects of a project from inception through to completion including managing projects through statutory consents such as planning permission, building warrant and achieving NHBC status.

BDG Thomson Gray have amassed extensive cost data banks on both private and public sector housing, which allows us to assist clients with cost planning, procurement and programming, who can be secure that this information is accurate and current.
