BDG Thomson Gray has extensive experience of projects in the leisure sector throughout Scotland. These projects range from refurbishment of community halls under the 21st Century Halls initiative, through new build community centres and public facilities, to leisure centres and sports centres, including golf courses and associated works. These works encapsulate both new build and refurbishment of existing buildings, and have been delivered for both public and private sector clients.
We have delivered Quantity Surveying, CDM and Consultancy services over a variety of projects, which gives us a huge database of relevant information on cost, programme and funding options. We are well versed in the requirements of Sport Scotland and Tennis Scotland, and have detailed knowledge of the requirements for their funding applications.
